National Inclusion Week, a yearly celebration of diversity and belonging, is a crucial moment for those of us in the health and social care sector. From September 15th to 21st, 2025, the theme "Now is the Time" serves as a powerful reminder of the urgency and resilience needed to embed inclusion into our daily practices. For Remarkable Care staff, this is the very foundation of quality care.

It's about ensuring every single person—be it a staff member or a service user—feels seen, heard, and valued.
When our care professionals feel safe and supported, they're better equipped to provide truly individualised care. Therefore, we celebrate the unique identities, beliefs, and needs of the people we support.
"Now is the Time" challenges us to move beyond conversation. We feel that small, deliberate actions can create a ripple effect, building a culture of belonging that lasts long after the week is over.
Ultimately, National Inclusion Week reminds us that our sector's strength lies in its people.
